Gosaidihi Astha Welfare Society

Gosaidihi Astha Welfare Society is a community-based development organization registered in 2008. It was founded by a group of committed rural social workers from the remote Junglemahal region of Bankura district, West Bengal. Driven by a shared vision of inclusive development, the organization works to uplift underserved communities, with a special focus on tribal populations. Gosaidihi Astha Welfare Society is dedicated to ensuring equitable access to quality education, generating sustainable livelihoods through agriculture and skill development initiatives, and promoting accessible healthcare at the community level. The organization also emphasizes the empowerment of marginalized groups by fostering equal access to opportunities and raising awareness on rights and entitlements. Through its grassroots efforts, Gosaidihi Astha Welfare Society strives to create resilient, self-reliant communities where every individual has the chance to lead a dignified life.
